A native of California, Dr. Sharon Albright earned a doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Albright began practicing dentistry in 1993 in Kansas City, Missouri, as Dental Director of Cabot Westside Clinic. She was also a clinical instructor at her alma mater’s School of Dentistry.
Dr. Sharon Albright was named the Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Year in 2001 by the University of Missouri, Kansas City Alumni Association – an annual award which recognizes a graduate who has completed their education within the last 10 years, exhibited outstanding service to the UMKC School of Dentistry, the dental profession and the community, and maintained the highest standards of professionalism. In the late 2001 Dr. Albright relocated to California and began private practice in her current Oakland location.
Dr. Albright’s professional memberships include the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Alameda County Dental Society.
Dr. Albright is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and an alumna of Florida A&M University.
