Dental patients have always had a fear or concern about receiving dental treatment. The worry about the pain of treatment is foremost in their minds. No one, including we, the dentists that provide care really want our patients to have that worry. By getting rid of that fear DentalVibe has been an incredible asset in our practice. Patients, even the most fearful ones are now not concerned with having dental treatment. They know that the anesthetic injection is not going to hurt them because we use the DentalVibe. I always thought I gave a good dental-injection but with the DentalVibe, I give a great one.

Very satisfied customers since 2014! We’ve had multiple generations of the DentalVibe and are currently using Gen4 in all our operatories. Patients love them, most often comment is “I didn’t feel a thing!”. We consider the dentalvibe an essential part of my equipment that we can’t do without. We recently had experienced some inconsistent performance issues with one unit, I contacted customer service. They sent me a loaner unit and a FEDEX label for sending all 4 of my units in for service. I was expecting to hear that we need to buy all new units; however, what I received is one brand new unit and the other 3 were repaired and the FedEx label for the loaner was sent as well. There was no cost to the office at all! Especially in these COVID times when the dental office was shut down, additional expenses are not desired. But my experience didn’t stop there, my personal customer service rep Maida, contacted me 4 weeks later to ensure that all the units were working and we were satisfied. Dentalvibe has 5-STAR customer service!!! I am so happy with this company and that they stand behind their product and take care of their doctors!! The DentalVibe has been an integral part of my practice for the past 6 years. My patients love how it distracts them from the needle and makes them more comfortable when getting an injection. I’ve been a DentalVibe user now for nearly two years and I would consider it one of the most useful devices that I’ve brought into the practice in recent times. It’s particularly useful for people who are anxious about having injections. We’ve had a really high acceptance rate with this new device. Many people on whom we have used it would say, when am I going to have the injection? It blocks out all sensation of the needle and of the solution going into the gums.
