I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at AE Endodontists! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease about what to expect. Dr. Brennan and his assistant were incredibly gentle, patiently walking me through every step of my unexpected root canal. The best part? I didn’t feel any pain during or after the procedure! The front desk team also went above and beyond, handling all the insurance paperwork seamlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Brennan and the entire AE Endodontists team!

I can’t thank Dr. Ryan Brennan, DDS, MS enough for the care I received. I had been at my dentist on a Friday when a complication with a crown led me to his office. He saw me the same day, performed a root canal, and made sure I was comfortable. I was able to enjoy my weekend pain free. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, skill, and compassion he showed throughout the entire process. His office was very clean with modern equipment. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

This was on of the very best Dental Experiences I’ve ever had!! Beginning with the Check In Staff this was a pleasant experience. Dr Brennan and his Asst Milexis did an amazing job!! Virtually No Pain in the entire Root Canal Process. Both explained each step prior to beginning it. If I ever need another Root Canal done I have no doubt where I will go to get it. 5 Stars all the way.

From the time I walked in their office until I opened the door to leave, the staff here truly know the meaning of customer care and service. From the receptionist to the technicians, assistants and the doctor himself, were very informative, great listeners and Just great people. I felt very comfortable here, but we all know that nobody likes to go to a dentist. If all Dentist offices were like this one, there would be no fear. Thank you!

I want to be clear that this review is specifically about the insurance and billing process. The receptionist, endodontist and clinical staff were kind and professional throughout my visit. I scheduled an appointment on 2/13/26 for a visit on 2/19/26, which should have been more than enough time for insurance verification. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Upon arrival, I was required to pay $247 upfront before I could be seen. This included a mandatory $175 Cone Beam CT scan (which I was told was required to proceed), along with charges for a radiographic image (D0220) and limited oral evaluation (D0140). While in the office, I contacted my insurance company and confirmed that both the radiograph and limited oral evaluation are covered at 100%. The Cone Beam scan is not covered, and I was fully prepared to pay that portion ($175). To their credit, the office did remove approximately $20 for the radiographic image after I questioned the charges. However, they still insisted I pay upfront for the limited oral evaluation, despite confirmation that it was fully covered. Their reasoning was that I had a dental visit on 1/13/26 and claims might not yet be processed. This was inaccurate. I was able to verify in real time that those claims had already been processed and paid the same day. I also called my dentist from the office of Advanced Endodontics to confirm that the procedure codes were different and would not impact coverage. Even with this information, the charges were not adjusted further. As a result, I spent most of my appointment dealing with billing issues instead of focusing on care—while experiencing significant dental pain. I am now left waiting another 7 days for treatment, continuing to manage that pain in the meantime. This situation could have been avoided with proper insurance verification ahead of time or simply communicating expected costs before the appointment. Patients—especially those in pain—should not have to resolve billing issues at check-in just to receive treatment. I will update this review after my next visit on 2/26/26.
