I would like to thank everyone at the clinic, starting from the ladies at the front desk to all the assistants, Dr. Martinez, Nikki, Diana, and all the other names I may have forgotten. They were kind enough to see me the same day without a prior appointment because I was in severe pain. Dr. Martinez was incredibly patient with me and did everything she could to help. She was also very honest with me and clearly explained all the possible options and outcomes after the root canal, which I truly appreciated. I also truly appreciate how Nikki and the entire team took care of my toddler, as I had to bring him with me since I had no one to watch him. They even put on cartoons for him and gave him snacks and juice, which meant a lot to me. I am very grateful for their kindness, support, and professionalism. They truly know what they are doing, and I highly recommend them.

I was referred by my general dentist for a consultation regarding a toothache, and I had such a positive experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Martinez took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. The office was very clean and professional, which helped put me at ease. As someone with dental anxiety, I truly appreciated how comfortable and cared for they made me feel throughout the visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff both when we arrive and during the procedure. The admission staff were very helpful in filling out the many forms. The doctor ( Dr Alcalde) and the doctor assistant (Nikki) knew of some health concerns of my wife (she was one having the root canal) and helped her during the procedure. The Doctor even finished the procedure in one session so we would not have to come back. We highly recommend AE if you need a root canal. Very professional and the equipment seemed to be first class.

This was the best experience my husband has had. The care, patience and support here is unmatched. The team who took care of me were very efficient and went super smooth. Ty the assistant was very sweet and explained everything and answered all the questions with ease and understanding. She even put on some Micheal Jackson to help my husband with the nerves. The shots for numbing and the whole process was painless and easy. If I could recommend any place for a root canal this is the one. From start to finish me and my husband felt very welcomed and supported. 10/10 would come again if needed.

I went to the Advanced Endodontist in Lake Mary. The front desk staff were very sweet and welcoming. Frankie the dental assistant was super engaging and genuinely cared for me and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately the doctor she was working with, Dr. Brennan was not a good listener and was very dismissive. I had a complicated dental history with a lot of work being done in the recent weeks. He was not interested in getting the history and hearing about my concerns. He just wanted to get the job done. As I’m trying to talk to him about my concerns he’s telling me to open my mouth to get started. Very dismissive and disrespectful. He has a God complex. I just wanted to get up after our interaction and request another doctor but I knew they were booked and I was squeezed in as an emergency visit. If those were not the circumstances I would have up and left. Being in a vulnerable position like that and having that type of doctor care for you is very upsetting. I had to lay there and let a doctor I did not trust work on me. I bet based on the reviews that the other doctors are excellent but Dr. Brennan needs to work on his listening skills. Asking me if I want antibiotics when I told him I was currently taking antibiotics for another previous root canal just showed me further how much he doesn’t listen. He needs to learn that information that the patient provides helps in the treatment plan and success of the dental procedure. I left visually upset where Frankie came to apologize for his behavior after hearing my feelings of being dismissed. The front desk girls also asked me if I was okay which I thought was sweet. Honestly I appreciate there support but I was desperate to leave. I definitely won’t be back and I will tell my referring dentist to not refer specifically to Dr. Brennan if he wants them to have a good experience.
