Lumineers

Lumineers are a brand of dental veneers. They are sometimes referred to as no-prep veneers. Lumineers are thinner than normal veneers and are made of ultra-thin laminate known as cerinate feldspathic pressable porcelain.  Lumineers take less time to apply than normal veneers, and can be replaced or removed relatively easily. Because of the ultra-thin laminate, the application of  Lumineers does not require extensive tooth grinding and reduction. With the proper care, your Lumineers can last ten to twenty years, or possibly even longer.

You may want to consider Lumineers if you are looking to cover up stained, discolored, or darkened teeth, and are wanting a brighter, whiter smile. They can also be used to hide gaps in your teeth, restore a chipped or cracked tooth, or even to improve the appearance of crooked teeth. During the application of Lumineers, there is typically no need for anesthetic as the treatment is minimally invasive and painless.
