Dr. Jordan Buhr was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota with majors in both Health Sciences and Political Science. Dr. Buhr graduated from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Buhr was selected to attend a highly competitive 12-month Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Fort Campbell, Kentucky with the U.S. Army where he trained extensively in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Buhr was then stationed overseas in Stuttgart Germany, where he proudly served service members of the Army, Navy, Airforce and Coast Guard and their families. While in Germany, Dr. Buhr completed the Army’s Advanced Clinical Practice training in General Dentistry. Dr. Buhr returned to the Pacific North West for his final active duty assignment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
Jordan and his wife Cassandra are excited to make Olympia their home. They have two young daughters, Kathryn and Julia. Dr. Buhr enjoys spending his free time with his family, exploring and hiking in the great outdoors and playing or watching almost any sport.
