I grew up in Olympia, Washington after I moved to the U.S. with my parents from Vietnam when I was 7 years old. I attended the University of Washington and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah for dental school at Roseman University of Health Sciences. After completing my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, I spent a year practicing dentistry in Denver, Colorado before moving back to Olympia. In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the outdoors and snowboarding with my husband, as well as cooking for my family and friends.
Dentistry is my passion. Over my years in practice, I have focused on being well-rounded as a provider. I enjoy working with both kids and adults, as well as performing root canals, extractions, making dentures, and placing implants. I have recently completed 340+ hours in hands-on surgery courses and continuing education programs focusing on implants and veneers. I always strive to treat my patients as if they were my family, which means giving them the best smile they can have and making sure they know all the options that are available to them.

Being nervous or afraid to visit the dentist is very common – in fact, it’s so common there’s a name for it: dentophobia.
