Very satisfied customers since 2014! We’ve had multiple generations of the DentalVibe and are currently using Gen4 in all our operatories. Patients love them, most often comment is “I didn’t feel a thing!”. We consider the dentalvibe an essential part of my equipment that we can’t do without. We recently had experienced some inconsistent performance issues with one unit, I contacted customer service. They sent me a loaner unit and a FEDEX label for sending all 4 of my units in for service. I was expecting to hear that we need to buy all new units; however, what I received is one brand new unit and the other 3 were repaired and the FedEx label for the loaner was sent as well. There was no cost to the office at all! Especially in these COVID times when the dental office was shut down, additional expenses are not desired. But my experience didn’t stop there, my personal customer service rep Maida, contacted me 4 weeks later to ensure that all the units were working and we were satisfied. Dentalvibe has 5-STAR customer service!!! I am so happy with this company and that they stand behind their product and take care of their doctors!! Buy them, use them- you and your patients with LOVE THEM!
