The staff here is always really friendly. I love that they always have something for the kids whether its a toy from their claw machine or the kids discount coupons they’ve had sometimes too. A nice lady gave my daughter a little ball last time while we waited for our appointment:)

I can’t give 0 stars so I’m going to give them 1. My son went in to get his teeth fixed and I was told he was only going to get 1 extraction. One of the lady’s in the front kept calling me to sign documents. The first time she tells me that only one tooth will be extracted then I sign the paperwork, a few minutes later she calls me again and at this point I’m getting worried because my son is getting his procedure done, she tells me that no teeth with be getting extracted and I’m happy for that. So they tell me everything came out good so I go pick him up in the front and he’s still on the mediation which is normal. I carry him in the car and I’m on my way home. I get home and call my husband to carry him upstairs and he’s shocked and tells me that he was bleeding and that he had no teeth in the front m. I am really disappointed honestly without my consent they extracted two of his front teeth and now he only had one. Yeah I give them place 0 starts. They are really unorganized and unprofessional. Please reconsider going with another dentist not here!!! Protect your kids from people like this. Not just this but I also heard another lady arguing with the people in the front telling them that they wanted to leave her daughter toothless. Very unprofessional.

Been going here since i was a wee mads (~5 years) and ive never had a bad experience here to be completely honest! The staff here are really polite and friendly. The wait isn't long either and there are plenty of accommodations for almost all ages. Overall: great, consistent service 🐛

Planet Dental is an amazing place. The treat my 7 year old autistic son with so much care and patience. He is very anxious about going out anywhere, but from his very first visit, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly and understanding. I highly recommend Planet Dental, especially for families with special needs. The late appointment options are a huge plus as well.
