I recently had two gum surgeries and a professional cleaning at KR Perio. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team, especially the front desk staff. Cathy was always very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would also like to give special thanks to my hygienist, Elena Katz. The cleaning was performed very carefully and professionally, and I truly appreciated her gentle approach and attention to detail. As for the results of my surgeries, it is still too early to make a final assessment, as I understand that the results can only be fully evaluated after about a year. However, I would like to mention a couple of experiences that I found disappointing. First, after one of my surgeries, I received a bill that included a service that had not actually been provided. I noticed this only after I had already paid. The clinic did refund the money, which I appreciate, but I was disappointed that I had to discover the error myself. Second, three months after my surgery, I was scheduled for a cleaning and follow-up examination with the doctor who performed my surgery. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked about the cost and was given the price of the cleaning. However, when I came to pay, I was told that there were additional charges for an X-ray and the doctor’s examination. These additional costs had not been mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Previously, the doctor’s follow-up examination had been included in the cost of the surgery, so this was unexpected. I would strongly recommend that the office clearly communicate the total expected cost of an appointment in advance, including any additional X-rays, examinations, or other charges, or at least inform the patient of any additional fees before the service is performed. Overall, I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Cathy and Elena. I hope the office can improve the transparency of billing and communication about costs, as this would make the patient experience much better.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Corzo. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease and in such caring, capable hands. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate, and took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of expertise with genuine warmth and care. I left my appointment feeling reassured, informed, and truly grateful that I went to see her. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Corzo more highly!

AMAZING! My 10 year old recently started seeing this dentist to have her gums repaired, the staff and dentist here were great. They have so much patience with her, and her most recent procedure was done with great perfection! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks to this office for a wonderful job!!

Dr. Corzo and her staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout my implant and bone graft surgery. I felt completely at ease the entire time — not easy for a major procedure!
