Dr. Lisa Edstrom is a native of Apple Valley and attended college at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. She was a biology major, an accomplished volleyball player, and was active in numerous health professional clubs. Dr. Edstrom obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009 at the University of Minnesota and has been in private practice in the south metro area for the past ten years.

Dr. Edstrom’s dental philosophy is to provide care in a relaxing yet thorough manner. She enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and looks forward to growing new ones every day. She is a strong believer in lifelong learning. Her advanced education includes dental implant training at the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute, training and certification in Invisalign, and a “Master Level” certification as a Fast Braces provider. In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Edstrom also performs root canals, extractions, cosmetic and complex cases.

Dr. Edstrom and her husband, Matt reside in the Eagan area and have two daughters. When not at home, Dr. Edstrom likes to spend as much time as possible at their family lake cabin in the Alexandria area.
