I am a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina and credit my Christian upbringing and 22 years of military service for shaping me into the person I am today. I am the oldest of three brothers and three sisters and married with two daughters. When I  am not caring for my patients, I enjoy working out, reading, attending sports events, mentoring young adults, and traveling with my family.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Carolina State University and received a Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) commission into the United States Army. After 14 years of service as an Army Air Defense Artillery Officer, I decided to pursue a dental career and earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at Meharry medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN. After graduating from dental school, I completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Fort Jackson, SC. I then worked several years as an Army General Dentist before returning to school for a post-graduate Endodontic Residency at Fort Bragg, NC and graduated in 2017. Before retiring from the Army in December 2019, I served as the endodontist and clinic chief of an Army Dental Clinic in Fort Eustis, VA.

I’m extremely excited and grateful that I am serving the Cedar Hill, TX and surrounding Dallas, TX communities as a practice owner. This has been a family dream for over 20 plus years! It is my pleasure to apply my passion for relieving endodontic pain with the newest technology and dental techniques available. My aim is to ensure my patients walk away no longer fearing root canal treatment in a relaxing and friendly environment. As our practice motto states, “We Relieve Your Pain So You Can Smile Again!”
