10/10 experience! My cleaning was done by Alma and she was SO gentle, thorough and she educated me on so much! The assistants were all amazing when taking my X-rays! Front desk ladies were so peaceful and kind, Dr. Cortez was very nice and helpful. I found my new dentist

Amazing! Never going back to my old dentist as this place and the people far exceed my past experiences in every way. Friendly, patient, warm and knowledgeable doctor. (Dr. McMahan) She answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and genuine interest. Great caring staff. More affordable. Very clean. A much softer touch…while still being thorough, than my old dentist. I don’t feel any hesitation in actually going every 6 months as recommended.

I will say I had and currently am having an amazing experience. So this was my third consultation as the first two dentists couldn’t work with me or they had no payment plan offers or assistance. I had a bottom right problematic tooth that NEEDED a root canal. I was in a huge amount of pain that went to my jaw. My visit with Dr Cortez was quick but very straightforward. I had questions and he answered them. I did not feel rushed. I was denied for the cherry financial assistance but that’s on me (I have TERRIBLE credit). They were STILL able to work with me. I scheduled a root canal a week later and had to come back another week because my tooth wasn’t fully healed. When I came back I felt sooooo comfortable. I cannot stress how amazing this experience all was. I was all giddy when I got home with my root canal and temporary crowns Put in. They always asked me if I was okay or needed anything. Once I felt a little pain, they took care of it IMMEDIATELY. I have never been excited to go back. I have united healthcare insurance and they took my insurance. The staff from as soon as you open the door was an amazing experience. I plan to bring my son here as well. If you want to come here, please just communicate with them.

Although I hate going to the dentist, this place is the best experience I’ve had. I moved to San Antonio a few months ago and had A LOT of work that needed to be done on my teeth. Dr. Bobby Cortez and his team did an amazing job of explaining the plan of care to me and executing flawlessly. The culture in the office is great and everyone is nice. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cortez was very skilled. I felt like he was well experienced during the whole procedure. I had a positive experience today and I feel no longer fear going to the dentist.
