Creighton University recognized Dr. Thousand, III with outstanding awards in Endodontics and as a member of the highest National Board scores in operative dentistry. Once achieving his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he furthered his education in a two year Endodontic Specialty Residency at the University of Southern California specializing in root canal and oral surgery procedures.
Dr. Thousand, III has practiced in St. Augustine, FL since 1999 and is a member of the American Association of Endodontist, the Florida Association of Endodontists and a past president of the St. Augustine Dental Society. His passions are spending time with his daughter, Macey, big game fishing, flying, and traveling.
