I saw Dr. Wilharm and his assistant Katie for a crown. This was going to be my first, so I was a little nervous how it would go. I usually need more than one shot to get numb. Also, I usually feel the shot being given, which is painful in itself. Dr. Wilharm used the DentalVibe and I didn’t even know I was given the shot. I didn’t feel it at all! And I stayed numb the whole time through drilling and never felt pain. Like I told Dr. Wilharm, “it was the best shot I ever had.” The Coastal Cosmetic Family Dentistry team, Dr. Wilharm and Katie did an amazing job as always.

I have had root canals in the past and hated when they stick you with the needle to numb the area but this time (a different Dentist) used the dental vibe and I was absolutely amazed that it was pain free. I went to the dentist to get a cavity filled. I am not a fan of the shot but would rather have than not. When the dentist went to give me the shot, he brought out the DentalVibe. I did not know what was going on at first but I did notice as he was giving me the shot that it did not hurt nearly as much. Once the dentist was finished giving me the shot, he explained what the DentalVibe does. I told him I was so glad he got it as it made the shot much better to handle.

This was the best dentist visit I have ever been to in my 34 years of life. I never like going to the dentist because the fear of the pain.
