Mohawk Industries. 1986-2006. Mark’s extraordinary career in building thriving businesses began at Mohawk Industries, the world’s leading manufacturer of floor covering products. It wasn’t long before he created the Mohawk brand of ceramic tiles and disrupted industry convention by conceptualizing and managing the entire procurement process which included international procurement, product design, branding, logistics and product fulfillment. The Division has retained its leadership position and enjoys significant market share today. 

Elegant Strand. 20CD – Present. Mark is the Founder and CEO of Elegant Strand. The focus of this direct to customer, e-commerce business is bedding made with the finest long-staple cotton, employing Italian – inspired designs and unparalleled craftsmanship. The domain has expanded to also include mattresses and towels. As CEO, Mark leads all facets of the business with particular emphasis on international product procurement, product development, branding, and logistics.

Bing Innovations. 20CD – Present. Concurrent with Elegant Strand, Mark is CEO of Bing Innovations – a worldwide leader in the use of vibration technology to close the body’s pain-gate in order to eliminate pain associated with dental injections, Botox injections and finger-pricks. The company designs and markets these products to medical offices and direct to customer via the DentalVibe and DigiVibe brands.

Personal. Mark graduated with a BBA degree from the University of Miami. He is a family man that enjoys playing golf and travelling the world for both business and pleasure. He is a driven leader, out of the box thinker and team player whose motto is: “if it’s got to be, it’s up to me.”
