Dr. Nancy Duque is a Midwesterner by birth and arrived in Texas in 2008. She attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate studies and for dental school, graduating in 1986. She is a die-hard Wolverines fan and enjoys watching them play football and basketball.
Prior to coming to Texas, she practiced in Chicago and Indianapolis. She also had the pleasure of teaching part-time at the University of Illinois, Chicago, College of Dentistry and Northwestern University Dental School.
She volunteers her time at the San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic on a weekly basis, which is located at Haven for Hope. Dr. Duque is a member of the San Antonio dental study club as well.
Outside of the office, Dr. Duque goes on excursions with her college friends, fosters puppies for the Animal Defense League of Texas and is active with the Sonterra country club’s Women’s Association. She truly enjoys playing golf and pickleball in her spare time at The Club at Sonterra. When she is not at the country club, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Lexi and Roxy.
Dr. Duque is married to Tony, who is an avid inventor and is passionate about cooking. Their daughter, Margot, is currently attending the University of Texas at San Antonio.
