I recently moved to the area and have extensive dental history, so I’m extremely careful about who I trust with my care. Mid Valley Dental Care has been absolutely incredible, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone- from routine cleanings to extensive dental procedures. The doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable, the staff is welcoming and professional, and the level of care here is truly outstanding. If you’re considering making an appointment, you MUST ask for Inga as your dental hygienist. She has over 30 years of experience and is phenomenal at what she does. I get very nervous in the dental chair due to previous experiences, and she always takes the time to explain everything beforehand and make me feel comfortable and calm throughout the process. I actually asked the front desk to schedule me with her for every future cleaning because she is genuinely the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you so much to Inga and the entire Mid Valley team for making me feel so cared for and supported!

I arrived in a state of agitation after more than a week of experiencing tooth pain and discomfort due to two procedures done at another dentist office. The support staff and dental assistants were professional, kind and patient, the facilities are first-rate and feature cutting-edge technology and equipment, and there is good music playing. Dr. Lau immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and willingness to patiently explain what was going on with both teeth, and made significant adjustments to an ill-fitting crown. By the time I felt much better and definitely recomment Dr. Lau and Mid-Valley Dental.

I had a great experience at this dental office. They have very modern equipment. Dr. Kayla Lau is very kind and professional. She took time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. The staff is friendly and professional as well! Happy to have found a new dental office where I feel comfortable and confident of the quality of treatment they offer. Highly recommend!

I have been with Mid-Valley dental for almost 2 years now. I see Dr. Kayla and she is always polite and very efficient. I am not a fan of the dentist, but I have experienced no pain when getting fillings or work done on my teeth. I am thankful for Dr. Kayla’s gentle and thorough work! The hygienists are friendly as well!

2/16/2026 - I have been coming here for my tooth cleaning twice a year because it is still the BEST place for my tooth hygiene, in addition, the dental equipments are new and advanced! For getting a new crown service, this office will charges an additional $300 lab fee, which prevents us from using the service here because we never need to pay for this additional fee at other places under the same insurance! 12/19/2024 - Malou, hygienist, performed my second Quad cleaning today. I am very pleased her performance thanks for my wife's recommendation to see her. I arrived to the waiting room 10 minutes earlier, but enjoyed watching a few beautiful salt fishes swimming in a clean tank at a clean lobby - see a 10-second video for your reference. Note: I have not yet received any treatment from any dentists since I visited this office for my teeth cleaning one year ago. So, I reserved my final judgement for my final review of this office in whole, but has given a 5-star rating for two hygienists' performance! 12/14/2024 - Roya, hygienist, performed my deep cleaning, known as perio scale/root, for one quad, this morning, plus a Gingival Irrigation that is a 1-minute task at the end of my deep cleaning by using PERIDEX ORAL RINSE to RINSE my quad area via a syringe to kill some potential bacteria at that quad area. On the other hand, my famous PPO insurance company (Not UnitedHealthcare) will not cover that 1-minute PERIDEX ORAL RINSE task, meaning I must pay for an extra $50 per quad in addition to a 20% of the total cleaning cost. Again, Gingival Irrigation is not an injection procedure, but simply RINSE the cleaned area in about 30 seconds at the end of the cleaning. I will call my dental insurance company next week to ask the reason why it will not cover this 30-second to 1-minute RINSE task on the cleaned area right after a deep cleaning procedure. Roya is a highly skilled hygienist in my opinion (a 5-star rating) because I witnessed her performance during my deep cleaning procedure and had my best experience among all previous hygiene experiences many, many years among all different dentists' offices. Thank you, Roya (5 stars). Dr. Lau, graduated from USC, told me in person a few weeks ago after my regular hygiene visit that he has been hiring highly skilled hygienists in his office. I noticed his office has been using the most advanced equipment in the dental industry. Thank you, Dr Lau.
