I highly recommend Mid Valley Dental Care. I recently had major dental work done. Dr. Terence Lau did the work accompanied by several staff members. Dr. Lau's background, experience, demeanor, and attitude made what could have been a difficult, painful experience anythng but that. Before the dental work was scheduled, Dr. Lau explained what needed to be done and why in simple terms. I first met Dr. Lau in 2017, when he completely transformed my smile — from implants and cosmetic gum surgery to veneers. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and precise in everything he does. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind, caring, and friendly. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing results. My teeth and smile look beautiful, and I constantly receive compliments from friends and even strangers asking who my dentist is — and I proudly tell them about Dr. Lau! I just had my teeth cleaned at Mid- Valley Dental Care. The hygienist, Inga, that cleaned my teeth was very good and thorough. I had a lot of stains on my teeth. Inga was able to removed them all. She makes me feel at home. It is hard to find a good hygienist. If you need one, I recommend you to go see Inga at Mid- Valley Dental. She will definitely take good care of you.

12/19/2024 - Malou, hygienist, performed my second Quad cleaning today. I am very pleased her performance thanks for my wife's recommendation to see her. I arrived to the waiting room 10 minutes earlier, but enjoyed watching a few beautiful salt fishes swimming in a clean tank at a clean lobby - see a 10-second video for your reference. Note: I have not yet received any treatment from any dentists since I visited this office for my teeth cleaning one year ago. So, I reserved my final judgement for my final review of this office in whole, but has given a 5-star rating for two hygienists' performance! 12/14/2024 - Roya, hygienist, performed my deep cleaning, known as perio scale/root, for one quad, this morning, plus a Gingival Irrigation that is a 1-minute task at the end of my deep cleaning by using PERIDEX ORAL RINSE to RINSE my quad area via a syringe to kill some potential bacteria at that quad area. On the other hand, my famous PPO insurance company (Not UnitedHealthcare) will not cover that 1-minute PERIDEX ORAL RINSE task, meaning I must pay for an extra $50 per quad in addition to a 20% of the total cleaning cost. Again, Gingival Irrigation is not an injection procedure, but simply RINSE the cleaned area in about 30 seconds at the end of the cleaning. I will call my dental insurance company next week to ask the reason why it will not cover this 30-second to 1-minute RINSE task on the cleaned area right after a deep cleaning procedure. Roya is a highly skilled hygienist in my opinion (a 5-star rating) because I witnessed her performance during my deep cleaning procedure and had my best experience among all previous hygiene experiences many, many years among all different dentists' offices. Thank you, Roya (5 stars). Dr. Lau, graduated from USC, told me in person a few weeks ago after my regular hygiene visit that he has been hiring highly skilled hygienists in his office. I noticed his office has been using the most advanced equipment in the dental industry. Thank you, Dr Lau.

I’ve been really impressed with Dr. Casey and his team. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly. It’s also great to see he and Dr. Terence like to stay at the forefront of dental technology — you can tell they are passionate about the latest advancements to give patients the best care possible.
