There are truly no words to adequately express the depth of my gratitude for Kayla at KidShine in Kapolei. For months, our family was caught in a heartbreaking and desperate cycle trying to secure an urgent appointment for my grandson, Trace. He was experiencing severe trouble eating, required oral surgery to have teeth pulled, and was actively losing weight. As a grandparent, watching your grandchild suffer and lose weight while waiting months for help is an incredibly terrifying and helpless feeling. I reached out to numerous people multiple times, but Kayla was the only person who truly listened, actively cared, and decided to take immediate action.What makes Kayla’s kindness unforgettable is that she was navigating her own profound personal challenges at the time. Even while managing a major, stressful family medical emergency that required her to travel away, she chose to make my grandson a priority. While facing her own heavy burdens, she still chose to lift ours. She jumped through every single hurdle, made the necessary calls, and did everything in her power to ensure Trace did not fall through the cracks. Because of her relentless advocacy and beautiful heart, Trace finally has his surgery date for tomorrow. Kayla is an absolute angel who went above and beyond her job description to save my grandson from further pain. She is a rare, compassionate soul, and our family will be forever grateful for the kindness she showed us when we needed it most. I no doubt believe that every child she comes across in need, she treats the same. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kayla.

Such a smooth appointment today with my 6 year old, from check in to getting us back quickly as well as check out. Doctor and staff are friendly. My kiddo is a little sensitive so I wish they would have communicated what they were doing step by step to my kiddo (she was a bit shocked at the suction) otherwise everything was great! She loved her toy and the rooms are always fun. Paperwork was easy to complete and reminder are helpful.

My daughter recently had her second dentist appointment here for her 6 month cleaning after her 1 year old appointment and it was great again. As soon you give your information you’re checked in and the wait isn’t long at all; the staff are very kind and understanding. Each room has a different theme for the children which is nice and they have a mini television to play a movie so your child can also watch a movie at the same time while getting their teeth done. I recommend this dental care company and this location for various reasons. Will definitely continue my daughter’s future dentist appointments here. 🙂

We love the staff and coming here! They always take good care of my little one. You know this is a good place to be and trust that your child is in good hands if she ends up falling asleep while they are putting on a silver cap or her "princess" tooth and sealants.
