Siga estas dicas para prevenir a c\u00e1rie dent\u00e1ria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escove os dentes pelo menos duas vezes ao dia usando creme dental com fl\u00faor<\/li>\n<li>Passe fio dental pelo menos uma vez por dia<\/li>\n<li>Limite as bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas e lanches entre as refei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>Coma poucos alimentos \u00e1cidos e a\u00e7ucarados, como carboidratos refinados, doces, sucos, refrigerantes e doces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode combater as c\u00e1ries usando os seguintes alimentos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1gua com um pouco de fl\u00faor<\/li>\n<li>Ch\u00e1 verde e preto sem a\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Alimentos ricos em c\u00e1lcio<\/li>\n<li>Pastilha el\u00e1stica sem a\u00e7\u00facar com xilitol<\/li>\n<li>Frutas e vegetais ricos em fibras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do acima exposto, certifique-se de visitar um dentista pelo menos duas vezes por ano para um exame odontol\u00f3gico e limpeza profissional dos dentes. Seu dentista pode identificar problemas emergentes antes que eles causem complica\u00e7\u00f5es dentais graves. Se voc\u00ea tem condi\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9-existentes que o predisp\u00f5em \u00e0 c\u00e1rie dent\u00e1ria, como diabetes ou refluxo \u00e1cido, controle essas condi\u00e7\u00f5es o melhor poss\u00edvel.
