Essentiellement, ce traitement est un traitement de canal radiculaire, mais il va beaucoup plus loin que cela. Le traitement endodontique traite l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la dent, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le tissu pulpaire mou. Ce traitement sauve vraiment les dents, donc un endodontiste se sp\u00e9cialise dans l&#039;aide \u00e0 sauver les dents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devenir endodontiste n\u00e9cessite de compl\u00e9ter au moins deux ans ou plus de formation avanc\u00e9e dans ce domaine apr\u00e8s l&#039;\u00e9cole dentaire. Il existe de nombreuses proc\u00e9dures endodontiques de routine et de nombreuses proc\u00e9dures complexes et tr\u00e8s difficiles qui rel\u00e8vent du domaine de l&#039;endodontie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un endodontiste est un expert capable de g\u00e9rer un large \u00e9ventail de probl\u00e8mes endodontiques difficiles avec comp\u00e9tence et efficacit\u00e9. Il existe de nombreuses techniques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et technologies avanc\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es par les endodontistes qui leur permettent d&#039;avoir une vue tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la dent. Pouvoir avoir un regard pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la dent permet \u00e0 l&#039;endodontiste non seulement de traiter la dent, mais aussi de le faire rapidement et confortablement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En regardant l&#039;endodontie, nous voyons que la pratique implique la pratique des sciences cliniques ainsi que les sciences fondamentales de la pulpe dentaire, l&#039;\u00e9tiologie, l&#039;analyse, la dissuasion et le traitement des maladies ainsi que des blessures de la pulpe dentaire ainsi que d&#039;autres conditions traitant de la zone p\u00e9riradiculaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pulpe dentaire est la partie que vous trouverez au centre de votre dent. Cette zone est compos\u00e9e de cellules appel\u00e9es odontoblastes et \u00e9galement constitu\u00e9e de tissu conjonctif vivant. La pulpe dentaire est en fait le faisceau neurovasculaire qui est au centre de chaque dent; et ceci est aussi bien pour les dents primaires que pour les dents permanentes. Le faisceau qui compose la pulpe comprend les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants: la chambre pulpaire centrale, les cornes pulpaires et \u00e9galement les canaux radiculaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chambre pulpaire centrale: La chambre pulpaire centrale est situ\u00e9e sous la couche de dentine, et c&#039;est l&#039;espace o\u00f9 vit la pulpe dentaire. Les nerfs, les vaisseaux sanguins et le tissu conjonctif traversent tous la chambre pulpaire centrale afin d&#039;atteindre la zone int\u00e9rieure de la dent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cornes pulpaires: Les cornes pulpaires sont des points dans lesquels la chambre pulpaire s&#039;\u00e9tend vers les cuspides de la dent. Il y a des orifices au fond de la chambre pulpaire; ces orifices permettent aux fibres de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la chambre par les racines de la dent. Il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une corne par cuspide fonctionnelle. Dans les incisives plus jeunes, ce sera trois cornes de pulpe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canaux radiculaires: Le canal radiculaire est la patte lat\u00e9rale du canal rachidien qui contient la racine nerveuse rachidienne du point d&#039;\u00e9mergence \u00e0 travers l&#039;enveloppe durale qui comprend le foramen intervert\u00e9bral.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pulpe dentaire a un fond similaire \u00e0 celui de la dentine. Les deux proviennent de la papille dentaire du germe dentaire. Au cours de l&#039;odontogen\u00e8se, lorsque la dentine se forme autour de la papille dentaire, le tissu le plus interne est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme de la pulpe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a 4 \u00e9tapes principales du d\u00e9veloppement dentaire:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stade de bourgeon<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Stade de la casquette<\/li>\n<li>Stade de la cloche<\/li>\n<li>Stade de la couronne<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les premiers signes de d\u00e9veloppement dentaire sont connus pour \u00eatre d\u00e8s la 6e semaine de vie intra-ut\u00e9rine. L&#039;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium buccal commence \u00e0 se multiplier et s&#039;invagine en cellules ectom\u00e9senchymateuses qui donnent naissance \u00e0 la lame dentaire. La lame dentaire est \u00e0 l&#039;origine du bourgeon dentaire. Le stade du bourgeon passe au stade de la coiffe lorsque l&#039;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium forme l&#039;organe de l&#039;\u00e9mail. Les cellules ectom\u00e9senchymateuses se condensent davantage et deviennent des papilles dentaires. Ensemble, l&#039;organe de l&#039;\u00e9mail \u00e9pith\u00e9lial et la papille et le follicule dentaires ectom\u00e9senchymateux forment le germe dentaire. La papille dentaire est \u00e0 l&#039;origine de la pulpe dentaire. Les cellules \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de la papille dentaire subissent une division et une diff\u00e9renciation cellulaires pour devenir des odontoblastes. Des pulpoblastes se forment au milieu de la pulpe. Ceci ach\u00e8ve la formation de la pulpe. La pulpe dentaire est essentiellement une papille dentaire mature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9veloppement de la pulpe dentaire peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre scind\u00e9 en deux \u00e9tapes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9veloppement de la pulpe coronaire (pr\u00e8s de la couronne de la dent) et le d\u00e9veloppement de la pulpe radiculaire (apex de la dent).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pulpe d\u00e9veloppe 4 r\u00e9gions de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie \u00e0 la pulpe centrale:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gion 1: couche Odontoblast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gion 2: zone sans cellule - susceptible d&#039;\u00eatre un artefact<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gion 3: zone riche en cellules<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gion 4: noyau de p\u00e2te<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;endodontie est importante dans de nombreux aspects. Il s&#039;agit en fait de pr\u00e9server une partie de la pulpe dentaire, ou peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame toute la pulpe dentaire. Il se peut m\u00eame que toute la pulpe doive \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e. Cela peut se produire lorsqu&#039;une maladie irr\u00e9versible est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e. Certains d&#039;entre eux comprennent des dents qui sont irr\u00e9versiblement enflamm\u00e9es et \u00e9galement des dents qui ont infect\u00e9 le tissu pulpaire.
