For many years he has volunteered for Iowa Mission of Mercy (IMOM) and is now serving as the Co-Director for this statewide event. As the dad of four kids, Charlie, Ben, Joe, and Mollie, Dr. Niegsch enjoys time outside of work coaching his kids’ sports teams, going to their games, spending time outdoors hiking and fishing, competing in triathlons, golfing and traveling. His wife, Marcie, helps provide community outreach for the office around managing their busy family of six. Ben Niegsch, Dr. Niegsch’s 11-year-old son has Down syndrome, so it’s a passion for the Niegsch family to provide awareness and support for those of all abilities.
Dr. Niegsch received his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Iowa. After college, he followed in his dad’s footsteps and enlisted in the US Navy, where he served as an active duty dentist in Japan and Chicago, IL. It’s a priority for Dr. Niegsch to take care of our military service members.
