My son had a great visit as usual. His appointment was canceled due to weather but we got a call that day to reschedule and they got him in with a time that worked for the office and him. My son is always treated with kindness and care. 5 star.

Service was fine, not great. What really frustrated me was their inability to pull my previous dental records beforehand. I did have my former dental office send over their X-rays on hand well in advance. No one ever reached out and said they needed more information or to know when my last full mouth X-rays were taken. They stated they requested numerous faxes for my dental records from Delta Dental without success. Apparently I’m the only person they have ever has an issue requesting for previous records from Delta Dental before the appointment. At my appointment, when X-rays were initiated I asked what kind they were taking because I believe I’ve had full mouth/PANO X-rays more recently than what is allowed for new ones to be taken. They took the full mouth X-rays anyway. I now see I should have refused at the time. Now I will be paying $100+ because they insisted on taking full mouth (not bitewing yearly X-rays) X-rays. Would not recommend.

I went to Meramec dental a few days ago and I can hands down say it was my best dental experience. The last two dentists I went to before meramec couldn’t get me numb and the treatment was very painful and traumatic. I shared my concerns with the Dr and he reassured me that they would get me comfortable and make sure that I was okay before proceeding. I also used nitrous and that helped me stay relaxed. They were able to get me completely numb and the 4 cavities I needed filled were done before I knew it. Dr, Rowbottom and Shannon checked on me multiple times to make sure I was alright. They did an amazing job at putting this terrified woman at ease. I can come back in for more work knowing I’ll be in good hands. And an extra shoutout to all the front desk ladies, they are all so extremely nice and kind. Abby also did an amazing job on my xrays and was very personable. You have a great staff there.
